Upon receiving the returned Products in their original condition, we will refund the purchase price, including any standard shipping costs, within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Perishable goods, such as coffee, that are sealed and opened after delivery.
- Products that are personalized or made to your specifications.
